The “Rentnercops” as DVD

With humorous stories and great actors, the “Rentnercops” have played their way straight into the hearts of the TV audience.

The cult series, which always features prominent actors, has been captivating more and more viewers each year since its first season in the early evening slot on ARD.

In the eight episodes of the 5th season of “Rentnercops”, two new investigators, Reinhard Bielefelder and Klaus Schmitz, played by Bill Mockridge and Hartmut Volle, take up their duties.

The two very different detectives can be seen from March 25th on DVD and digitally as a download on all common platforms.

There is once again a shortage of staff at the 5th police station in Cologne and police chief Plocher (Michael Prelle) promptly reactivates the two former investigators to solve a tricky case in the mafia milieu.

Mafia expert Bielefelder and retired detective Schmitz have very bad memories of their active days. This causes a lot of commotion. And of course, both of them are following in big footsteps.

Seasons 1 to 4 are also available on DVD and digitally, and seasons 1-3 are also available via ARD Plus streaming.
